Lucas Benjamin is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science with a drive to tackle the equity gaps that shape students' access to opportunities. As CEO of InternSwipe, he sets the company's vision and oversees a cross-functional team to make sure the platform runs smoothly and effectively connects students with internships. When he's not building the future of InternSwipe, Lucas is thinking about how to make business and technology work for everyone, with plans to study business administration in college.

Iniyan Devadoss is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science and the Co-Founder of InternSwipe. Passionate about business and finance, he aspires to pursue a career in private equity and entrepreneurship. Iniyan aims to one day build and lead his own company, creating meaningful impact in the world of business.
Chief Engineer
Phischer Nosanchuk is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science and the creator of the InternSwipe website. With a deep passion for computer science, AI, and building tools that make life easier for students, he designed and developed the entire platform from the ground up. Phischer has worked on advanced projects ranging from reinforcement learning models to large-scale data systems, and he brought that same technical expertise to building InternSwipe—crafting an intuitive interface, implementing smart features, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Beyond just writing code, he cares about creating technology that actually helps people, especially students navigating complicated systems. With InternSwipe, Phischer has built a website that's fast, reliable, and genuinely useful for anyone trying to find meaningful opportunities.
Chief Legal Officer
Chase Ahmed serves as the Chief Legal Officer at InternSwipe. He is 17 years old, lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and attends Eleanor Roosevelt High School. He joined InternSwipe as one of the earliest members of the team because he saw how confusing it can be for students like him to find real internship opportunities. Chase cares deeply about making that process easier, fairer, and more accessible for teens who want real-world experience but don't know where to start. At InternSwipe, he focuses on ensuring the platform helps students discover meaningful pathways, explore their interests, and take the first steps toward their future with confidence.
Director of Ambassador Program Operations
Matthew Winograd is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science who serves as the Director of Ambassador Program Operations. He is interested in politics and plans to work in government in the future. Matthew is excited to expand InternSwipe nationally through the Ambassador Program and help high school students all across the country!

Derin Acar is a 17-year-old senior at the Bronx High School of Science and one of the earliest members of InternSwipe. As the Director of Ambassador Program Communications, he manages and supports the school ambassador network, helping coordinate outreach and keep students informed about new opportunities. Based in Manhattan, Derin is passionate about building strong student communities and making it easier for teens to find meaningful internships and real-world experience.
Media & Communications Manager
Sarah Fish is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science. As the Media and Outreach Coordinator at InternSwipe, she will be helping strategize and manage the InternSwipe media pages. Sarah is passionate about helping people and is so excited to help connect students with amazing opportunities!

Noa is a senior at The Bronx High School of Science and serves as the Media and Outreach Coordinator at InternSwipe. Based in New York City, she's passionate about marketing and communications and loves finding creative ways to connect students with meaningful opportunities. When she's not working on campaigns, you can probably find her enjoying a great slice of pizza somewhere in the city.
Content Acquisition Manager
Guy Prusak is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science and works as the Internship Acquisition Lead at InternSwipe. Guy aspires to one day work in government and is passionate about the field of political science. He hopes that InternSwipe will make the difficult process of finding internships easier for aspiring young people.

Adib Zilani is a high school student with aspirations to pursue a career in the medical field, specifically as a pediatrician. As Head of Community Outreach at InternSwipe, he is passionate about helping students connect with opportunities that inspire growth and real-world experience. Outside of academics, Adib enjoys playing soccer, badminton, and riding his bike.

Khandaker Rayed is part of the Community Outreach team for InternSwipe. He is currently a junior at the Bronx High School of Science and hopes to be an engineer in the future and start his own company. InternSwipe has been a great way for him and others to find lucrative internships, and he hopes others can benefit from it too!

Mehrab Chowdhury is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science and is a part of the Community Outreach team for InternSwipe. He aims to be a doctor in the near future, and is currently working to spread the word about InternSwipe. InternSwipe can help find internships and make it easy to get connections. Mehrab has personally used InternSwipe to easily apply to numerous internships, and hopes that these innumerable opportunities can help others as well.
Community Outreach Associate
Jinyu Li is the Community Outreach Associate for InternSwipe. She is responsible for connecting the organization to the student community, acting as a liaison between the community and the product. By providing information about the product through both online platforms and in person, she meets the needs of the student community while understanding feedback in order to lead to higher participation in the program. As a member of the team, Jinyu is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and bringing this useful tool to more people so that more students can participate in internships that match their interests without any struggle.
Monetization Strategy Lead
Nicky is a student at Eleanor Roosevelt High School with a strong passion for quantitative fields, including economics, mathematics, statistics, and finance. At InternSwipe, he leads the design and implementation of the company's monetization strategy, ensuring the platform remains financially sustainable while prioritizing a student-first and equitable model. His work involves researching revenue models, developing monetization frameworks, testing pricing strategies, and building detailed financial projections. Nicky also explores partnership opportunities with schools, student organizations, and companies, while identifying ethical, opt-in data revenue streams. Through his investor-ready insights and analytical approach, he helps guide InternSwipe's overall strategy to grow user engagement while keeping access to opportunities affordable for all students.
Data Testing Lead
Daniel Shamir is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science with a strong interest in quantitative analysis and data-driven problem-solving. At InternSwipe, he manages data testing for the app's launch, coordinating feedback from students across multiple high schools to improve user experience and refine matching algorithms. His work focuses on integrating analytical insights into practical product development. Daniel hopes to pursue a career as a quantitative analyst, combining his skills in mathematics, economics, and data interpretation to create innovative solutions in the financial and technology sectors.

Priangsu Nath is a senior at the Bronx High School of Science with a strong interest in pursuing a career in computer science. Passionate about technology and problem-solving, he has already begun exploring the field through coursework, including a summer Business Analytics class that strengthened his data-driven thinking and analytical skills. Priangsu is excited to continue expanding his technical knowledge and contribute meaningfully to innovative projects.
